I brought home…a new perspective on the effects of globalization on
the poor.
I met…a Chinese high school student who told me that one
day he'll be his country's president.
It was a tough moment when…the program ended and everyone had to say
goodbye.
I've decided…that I'm a traveler and not a tourist.
In ten years I see myself…in a JD/MBA program or the Peace Corps.
Students at my school should…find something that is wrong in the
world and do something about it.
"It's difficult to say exactly what made my Putney experience so
special. Not only did the leaders facilitate a group dynamic of
openness and respect in which everyone felt comfortable, but there
was also an endless supply of engaging conversation and always ample
opportunity to step outside my comfort zone. Quite simply, I made
closer friendships, grew more as a person, and had more fun than any
other time in my life." |
